Clean room, comfortable beds. Working hot water, good lighting. TV with some static. Midnight food delivery allowed. Central location, easy to find. Helpful and friendly staff. Authentic Indonesian breakfast. Affordable menu

The hotel has a convenient location near many attractions and public transportation. the hotel is situated in a peaceful residential area not far from the city center by taxi. the guests can enjoy nearby shopping malls such as Grand Indonesia. the room and bathroom are comfortable and clean. the staff is hospitable and helpful, while the breakfast is delicious.
The hotel staff could improve the quality of the facilities and amenities they provide to their guests.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The location was convenient, being not far from the city center and close to the Grand Indonesia shopping mall. The hotel facilities, including the ATM in the lobby, were useful. The breakfast was quite good, especially the authentic Indonesian options like nasi uduk.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Affordable rooms with friendly staff. Centrally located with easy access to public transportation. Nice breakfast selection.
Surrounding area lacks dining and entertainment options. Noise from nearby roads and thin walls may disturb light sleepers.

The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff members were incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. the location was fantastic- we were just a short walk away from all the major attractions and transportation options. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of options, including a delicious local dessert that we couldn't get enough of.
The walls in the hotel were very thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We could hear people talking and walking around all night long.
